You can only buy fireworks (including sparklers) from registered sellers for private use on these dates: 15 October to 10 November 26 to 31 December 3 days before Diwali and Chinese New Year At other times you can only buy fireworks from licensed shops. Any order can be collected in person from either of our collection points. We have one in Leicestershire (LE16) and one in Cambridgeshire (PE7). We sell fireworks all year round and you can arrange collection at a time to suit you. Please note all collections need to arranged in advance as we do not sell without pre-ordering. There is no charge when collecting in person.

Once we receive your order, you will be sent a list of available collection days and times for you to collect your order. You simply select the time you'd like and we will ensure your order is ready. You could help us by adding in the comments section on your order form the date you need your fireworks for, so we can make sure they are ready in time.

During the Covid pandemic we will offer a no contact collection. You will be asked to wear a mask and keep the safe distance of 2m. There is no cash transactions during this time so please make sure you have ordered everything you want to collect prior to your arrival. No additional stock is stored at the collection points.

Please remember when collecting in person, you will need to be 18 or older. ID will be requested if we are unsure. Please do not take offence - its the law!

All your credit card and personal information is encrypted and held on a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server. This protects data during transit, in particular the credit card information, from being intercepted and misused by hackers. PayPal has the latest secure system and also includes buyer protection.

Delivery prices:

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £150 in our local area all year round. Our local area is a 30 mile radius of postal codes starting with LE16 and PE7. If you are eligible for free delivery it will automatically be allocated in your cart.

You will need to be 18 or older. ID will be requested if we are unsure. Please do not take offence – its the law!

Delivery date and time will be confirmed on receipt of your order and will be subject to the allocated delivery route. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of deliveries during the peak season, we will endeavour to give an expected time slot on the day of your delivery. Someone will need to sign for the order.

It's very rare for a firework not to fire, but if this does happen please contact our customers services via email at the earliest opportunity. You will need to notify us of faulty or damaged stock within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Category 1 - Indoor fireworks CE marked, safety advise and category 1 stated on packaging. Category 2 - Garden fireworks CE marked, safety advise and category 2 stated on packaging. Category 2 fireworks have a 8 metre safety distance. Category 3 - Display fireworks CE marked, safety advise and category 3 stated on packaging. Category 3 fireworks have a 15 metre firing distance but a 25 metre spectator safety distance. Category 4 - British Standard as being not suitable for sale to the general public. Category 4 fireworks are for professional use only and can not be sold to the general Public. At UK Fireworks we would always suggest where possible exceed the minimum required safety distance. If you have a larger area we recommend utilising it. Safety is always paramount and we want to ensure your display is enjoyed safely.
We only sell retail fireworks (category 2 & 3). We DO NOT sell any professional fireworks (category 4 ) to members of the public

• Don’t drink alcohol if you are responsible for setting off the fireworks.

• Light fireworks at arm's length with a taper or port fire.

• Ensure safety distance for spectators as per the manufacturer's advice and category of firework.

• Never put fireworks in your pocket or throw them

• Supervise children at all times especially with sparklers. Hold sparklers in a gloved hand at an arms length and away from the body, keeping a distance from other people. Once the sparkler has finished it can still be very hot and can cause significant burns. Dispose of immediately after use into a bucket of water.

• Store fireworks in a metal box and keep it closed between use.

• Keep pets indoors.

PLEASE NEVER RETURN TO A LIT FIREWORK WHICH HAS NOT FIRED. LEAVE IT TO COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE RETURNING TO IT - IT MAY STILL EXPLODE.  
Hopefully your order has qualified for one of our fantastic free stock offers. Again, although we do our best to provide you with the item advertised, we do at times run out of the promotional stock. In these instances a suitable replacement will be offered to the same value or higher. You will be notified before collection/dispatch if should occur.
If you should for any reason be unhappy with your order, you can return it in person for a full refund. The returned product must be in new condition and without any damage or evidence of tampering. You will also need to show proof of purchase by means of your receipt. You have 30 days to return any unwanted stock. If your returned product was part of a deal, unless it is faulty or damaged it must be returned in the complete deal pack with any free items returned. If you are having your order delivered to you, you will be asked to check all the products for faults before signing for them.
